Harding Radiology Center
Electrical upgrade for installation and operation of a new MRI machine within an approximately 4,000 SF radiology facility, including 480V and 208V distribution, step-down transformers, and electrical connections for HVAC equipment and chiller systems.
Apex Radiology
Full new electrical construction for a new approximately 7,000 SF radiology center, including power for MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray, DEXA, Mammography equipment, and office areas, as well as electrical infrastructure for HVAC and chiller systems, with 480V service, transformers, and 208V distribution.
Punjab Meat House Restaurant
Full electrical construction for an approximately 8,000 SF restaurant, including complete power distribution, lighting fixtures, electrical connections for full commercial kitchen equipment, new 480V distribution, step-down transformers, 208V panelboards, and lighting control systems.
Maarif School – Wayne, NJ
ull new electrical construction for an approximately 78,000 SF school facility, including installation of (2) new 1200A, 480V services, transformers, generator, and more than 30 new distribution panels, along with complete building electrical infrastructure.
NUI School – Monmouth Junction, NJ
Complete electrical construction for two buildings, each approximately 8,000 SF, including full building electrical systems and distribution infrastructure.
Hackensack – Anderson Avenue
Complete electrical power distribution and retail fit-out for the commercial portion of a mixed-use mid-rise luxury residential development, including multiple main distribution panels (MDPs), transformers, tenant electrical distribution, and power connections for HVAC and VRF systems.
